Our cozy Victorian studio apartment, featured in Apartment Therapy and Toronto Life, is bookable for photo and film shoots through Peerspace. If you're looking for a shooting location with historic character, filled with plants, books, and vintage treasures, this is it!

Since 2023, we’ve hosted whimsical and charming photoshoots, content creation, and film productions.

Built in 1885, our space retains lots of original period character. Our high ceilings and west-facing living room allow for ample natural lighting. You'd have access to the open-concept main floor of our apartment, including our cozy living room, rainbow bookshelf wall, and exposed brick kitchen stocked with tea and coffee, as well as the washroom upstairs. Our place is centrally located in Cabbagetown, Toronto.

Please note: we have two sweet black cats who may come say hello!
